Methods to Identify Stakeholders
The possible stakeholders of the Company in reference to the GRI Standards include: shareholders and other investors, financial institutions, the Government, employees and other workers, customers, consumers, business partners, suppliers, the local community, non-governmental organizations, social welfare organizations, public associations, etc., as well as stakeholders in reference to peers and the Company's 2022 report. External experts are assigned to calculate and sort the Company's actual negative impact, potential negative impact, actual positive impact, and potential positive impact on stakeholders. After sorting, those with an overall total score greater than 10 points are considered important stakeholders of the Company in 2023.
Finally, in 2023 there were 8 categories of stakeholders of Tang Eng Company identified, including shareholders, government agencies, employees, customers, suppliers/contractors, local community residents, certification bodies, and banks.
