The Annual Shareholders' Meeting this year was held successfully today (20^th). During the meeting, the Company adopted 2020 Business Report, Financial Statements and loss make‑up proposal, elected 19^th Board of Directors and Independent Directors, and released the newly elected directors from non-compete agreement.
