Description Improvement
Are you satisfied with the instructions and signages for each inspection? Currently, A4 and A3 size's signages are used at each checkpoint. Inspection instructions are primarily the announcements and posters provided to the Company.
  • Signages: Unify their size at each checkpoint, and guide by the physical check-up team leader.
  • Poster shall be printed only after confirmation with the company.
Are you satisfied with the professional skills of the medical staff? All medical staff at the hospital are full-time employees and meet relevant qualifications. As the Company did not specify the specific checkpoint(s), we are unable to provide a targeted response. We will strengthen the education and training before check-up.
Are you satisfied with the physician consultation? The doctors are occupational medicine specialists and family medicine specialists.
  • For the doctor's tardiness, we have emphasized and imposed relevant penalties in accordance with the contract.
  • During check-ups, relevant doctors spent varying amounts of time and provided different explanations based on individual circumstances. For instance, for an employee whose physical examinations meet all required criteria, the explanation is typically completed swiftly with minimal additional explanation.
