We also arrange for employees to participate in relevant human rights policy training during this period. For example, in 2024, to promote equality in gender work rights, we held courses on understanding diverse genders, workplace bullying, and sexual harassment prevention. Additionally, to promote and protect employee rights, we held awareness courses related to human resources systems and regularly convene labor-management meetings.

Tang Eng Company adheres to the concept that employees are the most important assets of the enterprise, attaches great importance to employee salaries and benefits, respects the harmonious relationship between the labor union and the Company, and regards employee care as one of the basic responsibilities of the Company. Only in this way can it stabilize the cornerstone of the Company’s sustainable management.

In order to protect the rights and interests of employees, and to meet the needs of employees in their work and management, and in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Standards Act, the Employee Work Rules are clearly stipulated. Matters such as safety and health have been clearly set out and reported to the competent authorities for approval, protecting 100% of employees. In addition, work-related rules and various personnel management regulations have been formulated, and group agreements are signed with labor unions.
