Article 23 of the Company's Articles of Incorporation provides for the authority of the Board of Directors, which was approved at the 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.

The authorities of the board of directors are as follows：

Approval of re-investment.
Approval of the company's organizational procedures.
Approval of borrowings in excess of the amount and term authorized by the Board of Directors.
Establishment and abolition of branch offices.
